The tailoring services requested profession quest disappears after accepting it then logging out and back in. It causes you to lose progress for that quest. I’ve disabled all add-on and got the same behavior.
Also happening to me. I did 2 orders last night, logged back in today and the quest was gone and I had to pick it up again and so lost progress on the weekly as it’s back at 0 now
