Tailoring Max Quality Profession Equipment Without Concentration?

So is there anyway to craft Quality 5 without using concentration if every material is Q3?

I don’t know if I’m missing something or if points in Hats and Robes (I’m 0/20 in each) contributes to the skill for crafting profession equipment.

Coat
Required Skill: 505

R3 mats: 202
Base Skill: 100
Threads of Devotion: 55
Weighted Garments: 55
Robes: 55
Profession Equipment: 34

That would give you 501. Use a +5 Skill Finishing Reagent to push you over 505 without using Concentration.

For everything else, once you have the Coat you have +40 for Profession Equipment allowing you to craft R5 without the Finishing Reagent or Concentration.

Just to add/clarify Solaria’s excellent post:

Yes the hats and robes from threads of devotion count.

If you have all R3 mats and all blue tools it will give you 507 of 505 needed skill. You only need the finishing reagent (crafting license) if you lack one of the three blue profession equipment and have a green one instead.

Profession tools, when you have all blue ones, give +40 skill.

It’s very similar in LW; each point you put in the appropriate spec choice provides additional skill when crafting.
