I guess I get it why they might have removed first aid…but I will never in a million years understand why I have to be a full blown tailor to make a bandage.
My wife can make a wedding gown from bolts of fabric. No way in a million years Im able to do that.
But Im VERY Sure even I could find a scrap piece of fabric to make a makeshift bandage from lol.
They could have gotten rid of FA and just put bandage making in as a secondary profession so we didnt have to use a slot for bandages for pete sake.
I only use bandages on my hunters for the most part. Wish theyd either make them more worth the effort…or just remove them entirely.
honestly, I never used bandages until FA was removed so I didnt miss them at first. Now, I actually like having them in my bags. Every now and then I find myself actually using one so I can keep fighting.
I think a couple times I might have died if not for using one before getting slammed again.
I kinda like the idea of some classes relying more on potions and bandages, but it demeans them both if they arent very effective.
I used to see a lot of players using bandages (fa) while leveling, so I surprised me when i started leveling up my tailor to see it as a skill. I personally have always used a healing potion for a quick fix.
I just cant figure out how a tailor is a nurse.
I mean, just leave some stripped version of first aid by allowing anyone to make bandages separate from using up a profession slot.
on my hunters Ive been doing both. Apparently potions and bandage arent on the same CD ?
I just used a bandage to heal, then was able to fire off a potion too.
Having both makes me feel a little more ‘safe’ on a class without a ton of self heals.
