Has anyone had this drop after their first run of the week, whether a different difficulty or another character? Can’t find confirmation on wowhead that this is obtainable after the first account-kill - only the opposite.
I’m pretty sure it can drop whenever. I wouldn’t know though. I’ve killed Aggramar roughly 200 times and have yet to get the sword.

Per difficulty, per toon, per account? That’s the unclear part, mainly because someone posted in wowhead that their research indicates it’s one chance per account per week, but that seems bizarre to me.
per toon regardless of difficulty change, your first kill of agg will count as your loot chance and every one after that will just be the general loot pool unless locked
One chance per week. Per toon. Not per difficulty.
I just noticed that my Scythe of the Unmaker, which I had equipped for a long time, has been turned from a weapon into a “cosmetic”.

Per toon per week. I was able to get mine in LFR mode.
I just got it on my 1st ever attempt. I ran it on normal.
