Not sure if this is the best place for this, but here goes:
My main is a Kyrian and my alt is a NF. I can run 8-9 table missions at once without fear of failure as NF, but Kyrian gives me pause if I use 4 heroes with 1 tank troop.
The reason for this is that the trapper is beyond OP. How or was this even tested? Basically the NF basic troop, when you use 4 of them, effectively reduce incoming dmg by 80% for ALL mobs. I no joke was sending lvl 1 heroes out with 4 trappers on lvl 39 missions and winning without the loss of one member of my party.
The Kyrian version of this the trapper is a tank who takes 10% less dmg and offers back line members 10% dmg reduction also.
Yeah…just read that again.
My entire Kyrian list of heroes is constantly in the ER and I have a 2.5k anima bill to heal them or just wait 5-6 hours for them to recover naturally or whatever rank 2 sanctum provides.
My NF’s return, and I send them right back out. I spend 2.5k anima on them too, but just by running so many missions. It’s stupid.
I’m curious if Necrolords and Venthryr are closer to Kyrian or NF, or somewhere between.
And obviously…when is this getting fixed to either buff the crap out of Kyrian or nerf NF into the ground.
I just got the 3rd soul bind - Mikakikos or whatever his steward name is, and I kid you not, his abilities are basically a slightly better version then what you get by rolling 4 trappers. Like, you may as well just call him or his ability “Night Fae experience”.
Of course, I can only send him on one mission at a time, but at least that mission will be successful! Pelagos and co. will just have to wait till their lvl 200.
Also, does every NF hero aoe? I feel like it’s a treat when a Kyrian heroe hits more than 1 thing.
It’s dumb how different the experience is.
And before the “lol, just reroll NF” come in, lets assume that I try to raid mythic content and dps is important to me as a WW monk.
Thank you for reading this.
