can all the tabbards in the game be converted into a collectible (like toys are collectibles)
and put into a new tab in the collectibles menu?
Tabards are in the collections tab with their own category for transmog.

Do tabards even give rep bonuses anymore? I actually haven’t checked.
Tabards have their own section in the Appearance tab in the Collections panel.

They’ve haven’t since cataclysm. And it was really only like a 2 expansion thing. And mind you that it hasn’t been a thing for 10 years.

The tabards that gave rep in the past still allow you to gain rep quickly when running Wrath dungeons. It is how I got my bloodelf to exalted with Silvermoon last month.
Wait, can you get Belf rep doing Wrath dungeons wearing the tabard? Figured it had to be TBC.
There are tabards that give you teleports, and they have to be equipped to use, not just transmogged.
