i claimed it from prime but for some reason i didnt get it ingame? anyone got issues with this lol

You don’t get notified when it gets added. It’s just…there. If you were still logged in when you claimed it you will probably need to log back out and in again.

i got mine fixed from switching toons it should pop up its weird that it happened
Yeah weird. Got mine in a few seconds. Only issues was having to reload the Prime page.
