The original vanilla transcendence robe had an exposed midriff on some models. This was a standout part of the design, in my humble opinion. It helped break up the busy visual presentation of the set. And it looked cool. I received a lot of positive comments about the appearance from my guildmates (across the gender spectrum, if that matters) way back in BWL days when I first completed this set.
I’m disappointed to see it removed in the anniversary set. A similar thing happened with the T3 (Naxx 40) reskin from WotLK. Please back bring the midriff!
