T2 and shadowlands

Now hear me out,

we all saw what blizzard did with t6 and how they took an already great set and made it better in legion. I would love it if they did the same with T2 in shadowlands. T2 is an iconic set for just about every class in the game. Personally it is my favorite rogue, warlock, pally and shaman sets. Why hasn’t blizzard gone back and taken these already AMAZING sets and brought them to new light. Does the community not want this? Am I alone in wanting high res versions of these sets? What sets are most iconic for you all that you would love bliz to bring up to current game standards? Wouldn’t it be amazing for blizz to bring back TIER sets with arguably one of the BEST tiers in WoW?

I hear ya, but T6 was also an Amazing tier and, in my opinion, they made it even better.

T2 is great, but the smudgy textures and painted-on nature of the chest/belt/pants is holding it back. I’d personally be pretty ecstatic if they remastered T2 so long as they stay true to the original – I hated the T3 variants from WotLK because they changed too much.

I would like it if they revisited them the way they did w/ other sets in Legion. Especially the Shaman and Paladin ones.

I wonder if the remastered version of Ten Storms would include the big Horde+Frostwolf symbols in the shoulders, now that shamans are no longer a Horde exclusive.

Multiple color schemes, upgraded effects and resolution. Man i would kill for a non 2007 looking T2 set.

The issue is the theme would need to some how match the theme of t2 i.e BWL that’s how we got the t6 remastered the theme was Legion again. Unless the theme is being level 60 and I suppose the 2nd raid teir for shadowlands being lvl 60 again could work.

Yeah i can see that though only the hunters set really matched the raid.

I feel most of them matched the raid tier,

Also for warriors they have to put axes ln the gloves boots and belt to revamp it tbh not much you can do with a set that makes you a walking axe head

aye. well have to see who we bump into in shadowlands. were missing quite a few dragons from azeroth due to our heroes being murder happy lol

Good question. Maybe the could tweak it like the did w/ some of the sets in from Legion. Red for horde and blue for the alliance.

As long as they dont pull a T3 and remove it completely.

Yes and no. I did love the t6 remake but I would rather them just make new amazing sets.
