currently the 2p for t12 Ele is not working is this known and you just dont care is there going to be a fix?
It was reverted to the originally planned change to be a chance to reduce the CD, not fully reset it. It’s to make T13 more appealing
yeah this was a change they said was going to happen again when they put the set bonus back to the original FL values
Yes it’s known, and it’s intentional. This was an intentional nerf made back in OG Cata so that elemental shamans would actually use T13
