Hey, so I’ve experienced something I feel is broken as hell. It’s the second time im attempting an instance, I first tried floor 3, then lowered to floor 2 as the last boss ( Synod ) had over 370k health, which is almost 4 times the health of any other rares and bosses in the 5 floors under the 6th btw. But in level 2 he has 270k health. Thus it’s almost impossible to kill for me, warrior. I had absolutly no problems destroying every single bosses and rares in the 5 floors before Synod, but im getting destroyed by him and can’t even get him to 60% health. I’ve past over 1 hour and 30 minutes just trying the floors again and I can’t do anything.
Also using the item that transforms ennemies into Anima power transforms and make the vendor disapear.
Some people of my guild had the beta, and weren’t even able to defeat him with full high ilvl stuff. Please help and fix that blizz, or if im doing wrong pls community help me.

prot war, he bodies me at around 20% each time.
Warlock here. I cleared layer 1. Is layer 3 really that much harder?

There are some OP powers that can help with this. But I would recommend bringing a friend, particularly one that can heal.

Are bosses random each time you run Torghast? I’ve done what I think is all of them (left and right all 3 top levels available) and had zero issues during the entire thing solo in prot spec around 170 ilvl.
Some of these Torghast bosses are currently…overtuned. Get Soul ash cap and yeet out of there for the week until blizz does something about it.

Buy a damage potion, and interrupt as much as u can, let his stacks fall i killed him as guardian. Took me 3 tries
They are, I ran my level 3 Reach yesterday and got the Arch suppressor, helped a buddy do it today and he got Synod. It wasn’t too rough with two people though.
Ah, that explains it. I completed the upper one on Wednesday and got bored of it so I didn’t to the other one until yesterday / today. Seemed stupid easy. Maybe I’ll do them again a few times to get the harder bosses.
He’s a bulls@%# boss solo at this point - he has a stacking uninterruptable and undispellable self buff (gains 10% damage / speed per stack, at 10 stacks becomes immune to interrupts / CC).
He also casts a stacking debuff (I believe can be cleansed - was not on a class with a cleanse) that can be interrupted (or out-ranged) the reduces player speed, healing, and haste.

Bring friends. Make a fun time of it.

1-shot him on a subtlety rogue, 155 ilvl.
I used mind numbing poison to slow down his casts so I could interrupt them late and then used shadowdance to stun his uninterruptable.
It’s definitely a control fight, and the room is big enough that he can probably be kited, but I didn’t try.

Does torghast drop any loot? What’s the reward for completing this?
Are you jumping when he does his shockwave?
Maybe you’re not taking enough defensives for skills? I had no issues bodying this boss with out losing any health.
Is that the last boss in layer 3?
Managed to beat it as ret.
Made full use of stuns and heals plus I had that torghast ability that makes the Bastion Steward follow me and apply buffs on me. Overall I’d say stuns stuns stuns. Did it in 2 pulls at ilvl 157.
