Synergy is a guild that has a well established 13 year history of raiding. We focus on clearing current Heroic content fast then turning our attention to Mythic. We treat everyone as an adult and let each member handle their own responsibilities so we can all come together to be successful.
We may be exactly what you’re looking for if you like that approach and a nice family feel. We set a standard for everyone to meet and if you meet it, you get to go kill stuff… if you don’t, you get to go kill stuff once you do meet it. It’s as simple as that.
