Has anyone had success Pick Pocketing a Syndicate Emblem for the Rogue Quest? I’m lvl 25 but they are such a higher lvl they see me coming while stealth a mile away. Just wondering if anyone could share a their success story? 
kill them, its easier to pick a pocket of a dead person than a live one!
