this talent seems to be pretty usless as a tank druid for example. it could have been the most broken talent ever 
but sadly it doesnt work as i expected. looks like its a resto spell only.
Eh, if.you think about it, really wouldnt be that strong.
200m healing over the course of a dungeon = 20 million healing to someone else.
If the average FR is only healing you for 4 million, thats only 400k to someone else, which is like 6% healing to someone else, of that, 8% healing back to a tank is like 35k.
…really? Cause I was healing my friend for 200-300k+ ticks with it when I used Symbiotic relationship on him and used frenzied regen…
EDIT: Testing without Reinvigoration (Frenzied regen’s healing happens over 2 additional seconds [reducing its HP/s] and auto-casts Rejuv and Regrowth on yourself at 200% effectiveness), I got four ticks of 67,795, which was exactly 10% of the healing I was doing to myself (677950).
Testing with Reinvigoration, I get an initial tick for ~165-250k depending on whether or not regrowth crit, followed by another ~200-250k over the next 5 seconds depending on how much/little regrowth and rejuv crit when healing me.
EDIT 2: Be sure Symbiotic Relationship didn’t fall off – it disappears if the person you put it on respecs (but strangely, not if you respec, unless you respec out of it), and also disappears if you go through a loadscreen that brings you to another continent/into a dungeon/raid.

I had it working in the delves on brann too, the healing transfer was working but so small its hard to notice.
It is pretty poorly designed with it falling off on death and the cast time taking you out of form or exsisting to begin with, and with the transfer requiring the druid heal for both directions its extra bad for boomy and feral, but its an okay idea of a talent.
