Quest became bugged after I used the item to complete the step. All the old forum post state I have to fight with blizzard support to fix the issue. Customer support says they do not restore quest items or give hints… I don’t need a hint for the quest just the item so I can use it again so I can get my Legendary Axe done. Abandoning the quest does nothing.
