1 - Afaik, hunters were supposed to get a back transmog with just the quiver, instead of it being attached to the chestpiece only. This is not the case and I wonder if it is a bug or wowhead had the wrong intel.
2 - Chestpiece with quiver acts like a backpack transmog and hides your weapon. I don’t think it should work like this.
Anyone else experiencing these issues?

Matter of fact, when you buy the set it comes with 4 Chests.
2 with quiver.
2 without quiver.
Yes, the one of the quiver ones hides your weapon.
The other one doesn’t.
You have all the options you wanted in the set. You just have to transmog with right Chest you need.
That is not what I am talking about.
Yeah its annoying you can see the chest piece and quiver without hiding your weapon. Its pretty bad. Hope they fix it soon
