The release of the "Lost Honor" cinematic today is almost the breaking point for me and my boyfriend to continue to pay money to play WoW. I have been playing since WotLK (this is my second account since I lost the info for the first one) and he has been playing since a few months after release of vanilla. We have been faithful members of Blizzard and have purchased many in-game items, transfers, race/faction changes, and tokens to sell, as well as several of your games. This "Lost Honor" is just about to push us over the limit to quit playing a game we have loved so much. You have been pushing the whole SoO 2.0 narrative this entire expansion with a big bullseye on Sylvanas's head. Then today you release a video showing a traitor to the Horde & are marketing it as "Lost Honor" as if he's the good guy and Sylvanas is this evil that the world needs to take down immediately the same way you wrote the direction for Garrosh in MOP. I urge you to reconsider the direction you are taking this game and Sylvanas specifically. You make her into Garrosh 2.0 and make the Horde kill yet another one of its leaders in a raid (you know like how you made us in SoO) and this will be the last straw for my business with any Blizzard product.
The problem is Sylvanas has done too many evil deeds to receive any kind of redemption, or just not to be killed as an act of justice. She deserves nothing less than being killed off and not in a heroic redemption way.
I don't understand why people think they will kill Sylv.

There is such a thing as war crimes. There was a book about it and it's why Garrosh was given a trial. Sylvanas kills innocent people for no other reason than to do it and raise them as her puppets. That's evil. She did it to the Horde at the Battle of Lordaeron.
Is anyone predicting Sylvanas being mind controlled by an Old God and then the players release her for the redemption arc? Or did an Old God infect the process of choosing a new horde leader and so Sylvanas should be put down? Just curious where this goes.

See people say this but if you actually paid attention she only rezzed those that actually died by the alliance hands and then she gives you the option to go save the fellow horde that got stuck out in the plague.

She is still rezzing them against their will into mindless skeletons, which then damns them to hell essentially. How is that not evil?
I stand with Saurfang. Anyone who doesn't is the enemy of the horde. The Litch Queen and her Scourge-lite will be crushed. Deal with it.
I think that's kind of the problem here. Half the audience will quit if she's killed, and half will be furious if she isn't. This is all a result of the... less-than-stellar story so far. Part of this is that they've failed to convey in-game a lot of what went on behind the scenes with Saurfang agreeing with Sylvanas' motives for the war. We're getting a lot of development for Saurfang and frankly not as much for Sylvanas. I dare say she's gotten less and less development since becoming War Chief. Frankly, the Alliance has a similar problem. The only character we're really getting development for with all of this is Saurfang; I used to love the guy, but his self-righteousness and willingness to abandon the rest of the Horde soured (saured?) me on him. What are other characters thinking? What is Sylvanas thinking? What is Tyrande thinking? What about the Three Hammers, Lor'themar, Genn? If you're going to have a game with this many moving parts, shouldn't we check up on them every so often?

I still think they won't kill her, to many people support her. They'll make a new faction of all undead for every race and merge alliance and horde with baine as warchief and anduin as high king.

Last time I checked burning several thousand non-soldiers to death out of spite was evil.
Raising an unwilling person from the dead just to brainwash them to murder their own family out of spite is evil.
Raising people your soldiers murdered and then raising them from the dead and mind-controlling them to fight against their own people is evil (don't give me that 'free will BS' when it comes to Sira and Delaryn or any night elf who died defending Darkshore magically becoming loyal to Sylvanas upon being raised. There's bad writing, and then there's stupid writing).
Killing your own unarmed civilians out of paranoia that they might prefer to be with their living relatives than serve you is evil.
Blighting your own troops along with the enemy and then raising them as mindless skeletons is evil.
Lying to the Horde PC that they're going to rescue Saurfang only for it to turn out to be a sneaky assassination attempt against him is evil.
So yeah, if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck and quacks like a duck...it's a duck. Sylvanas is evil and if she's not going to be killed, then she's not going to be Warchief by the end of this expansion. This is the second cinematic now beating you over the head that she's evil and needs to be stopped.
