The thing is, while Sylvanas does want to fight N’zoth, she admits in the loyalist campaign she doesn’t care about the living. She isn’t fighting N’zoth for us.

Can’t wait until MOP 3.0 when Blizzard says they realize they could’ve told the story better so they make Baine just become the villain from patch x.0 and we kill them even sooner than last time.
Then MOP 4.0 maybe we’ll kill the Warchief in the prepatch.

Sylvanas used some sort of death magic, probably given to her by evil entities, to one shot him unfairly.
Mana bars don’t matter in retail, you’ve been playing too much classic. That ability DOES have to have cooldown though.

Can we add Sylvanas’ insta-kill death magic to the pile of one-off abilities that characters have but only when the plot requires?
Because shouldn’t she have used that when, I dunno, she had the entire Alliance leadership in front of her at Lordaeron? Literally walking right up to her?

I feel like you missed the point of that ending.
She was never working for the Horde - it was always just a means to an end. Which is apparently uniting everyone in death.
She is, in effect, Arthas 2.

Jokes on you, she saved both the Orgrimmar and rebel armies from mutual destruction by abandoning the battlefield.
For someone who says she wants to feed souls to death, she sure did a good job of doing the only thing that could have prevented thousands of deaths.

after sylvanas said “the horde is nothing” and after she one hit killed saurfang, pretty sure the orgrimmar armies were no longer on sylvanas side. also judging by the way after she abandoned the battlefield, they let the opposing side right in without a fight.

The fighting of the armies were nulled when he challenged her 1v1,
he got his a*s handed to him. So basically she won (using twin daggers against a greatsword).
Her running away after was just “quality writing”.
