Well thats pretty much what was teased and players were set to expect… alliance and horde or more specifically red vs blue would be more of an ideological conflict instead of a race based one… seems like blizz are not going to follow through on this though.

I mean I personally beat down Eitrigg and dragged him to Nathanos, I refused his last minute request to side with Saurfang… but all those player choices and agency mean nothing, next xpac big reset.

Honestly since I saw the interview where they said “well maybe Sylvanas might just make some new val’kyr?!?!? WhO KnOwS?!” I’m not even going to care about the story in this game anymore, since they obviously don’t. Nothing we did in BfA is going to mean anything, they’re going to have The Ultimate God Sylvanas craft herself a hundred new val’kyr so she can live forever and rule the World of Sylvanascraft with her boy toy self insert. That’s where we’re at now.

There should be a quest at the beginning of the expansion where before you go into the Shadowlands, Bolvar gives the Horde player two options; For the Horde and For Sylvanas.

If the Horde player chooses the “For the Horde” option Bolvar lets then in, no problem. If they choose the “For Sylvanas” option, Bolvar hurls them off Icecrown Citadel and refuses them entry until they pick the right answer.

Right up until the moment Sylvanas decided to leave, it wasn’t “for Sylvanas” or “for the Horde,” it was “for Sylvanas and the Horde” or “for the Alliance,” and everyone who sided with Saurfang chose the Alliance over the Horde.

I want to know what blizzard plans on doing for us who stayed loyal whom blizzard gave quests for, blizzard should know we will never turn on sylvanas we would join her.

We get a whopping scoop of nothing. Blizzard said the loyalist route is over as of 8.2.5.
