The last soul we see go to the right place after death is ysera who is in ardenwield (sorry for spoiling if I did) so its safe to say any death after this has gone to the maw. While this does suck for them it doesn’t mean they are stuck in the maw we can rescue them and send them to the right place maybe (more spoilers, all souls we save in torgas and we think we save turns out we don’t its just how the jailer tortures them better giving them the illusions of hope in order to break them down even more)
