Sylvanas will not be punished and will not return to Azeroth. She will take all those souls that were cursed by the Jailer to a new afterlife and she will be their keeper. It will be a place for souls to heal from what the Jailer has done to them.

This sounds nice. She deserves peace after all she’s been through.
