Let’s do the Chrono Trigger method, go back in time and switch out Sylvanas with a doll version of her for Arthas to “kill” then bring her alive self back to the current timeline. You should see Arthas’s face as he stabs a doll…

TBH I do like the idea of Sylvanas being restored to life at some point. Killing her off seems too simple - seeing her be restored, and then having to live with all of the atrocities she’s done (not to mention actually caring about said atrocities due to being alive again and being able to feel all the feels again) feels like the crueler fate.

Particularly if at some point she’s responsible for the death of one or both of her sisters and/or sacrifices Nathanos to further her own agenda, which seems likely at some point.

This is actually interesting take. I dont want her to be a raid boss but also i dont want some rainbow and sunshine redeption either. From what i know other than who was there to witness it no one else lore wise knows about Calia yet. Which i think maybe a lightforged undead more so then restoring her life. I would however like to see it play out in a manner that it maybe causes some divide within the alliance. If there was a chance to save Sylvanas the windrunner sisters would be all for it, Alliera issue isnt with Sylvanas herself but with what she has become and i believe if she believe she could save her would take it. Vereesa is kinda in the middle she knows Sylvanas is evil now but has also seen the cracks of maybe the sister she once knew is still inside somewhere. Velan and Turalyon maybe being all for saving someone with the light, where as Tyrande and Genn maybe be against it as the things they have done directly to them. Anduin being kinda stuck in the middle. To me this could make for an interesting turn of events and story.

have future expansion on alternate Azeroth the one fill with demon. it be interest for her come to face to face with alternate self maybe alternate self is leader of Night elvens rangers. maybe her be force to be alive again have lead them as resist against the demonic force. see if the alter Draianao is there an alternate Azeroth too. I think interest since ironic that alliance and horde have make garrison in stormwind vale and dutotar. in this could be her chance for true redempation.
