Sylvanas half human reveal!

Also, this is the original Lament of the Highborne video that Blizz put out years ago. You can see that her eyes are deinitely not just one uniform blue color, but that there is some definition there. (Also, keep in mind that this video is old, and the quality is not the best):

And, here is an updated, newer one for people who have not seen it yet, with some extra cut scenes:

What is the Jailer now a barber on the side?

. . . not sure if this was said yet but I think its kinda intentional as its more akin to her WC3 appearence where she didn’t have glowing blue eyes . . . yea elf eyes were kinda inconsistent back then . . . still are actually . . . huh . . .

“Sylvanas is half human”.

I’m sorry, what? Those blue eyes are from when she was a high elf before Arthas came. No where has it stated that she’s a half-elf.

Also, uh… if you listen closely, Sylvanas says something else than “This was beyond life and D—.” It doesn’t sound like “Death”. It’s something else.

I wonder if Blizzard is setting up this redemption to introduce High Elves as a playable race.

One of my favorite things about this forum is how someone can just say some complete nonsense and some people will just accept it at face value and run with it so they can spew out ‘omg blizz sux bad writing lolz gg’

I mean, if that was the case, then you’re lying to yourself, or you misunderstood what the Forsaken were supposed to be.

Would the story be better if you could just kill her? They don’t have any interesting characters left. If I understand the ridiculous lore correctly, wouldn’t she still be “alive” in the maw anyway?

what kind of stretch is this? half
human? no. with the updated graphics all elves have eye options that display retina.

I’m stunned by the number of people just accepting this assertion that the OP made up, despite no hint of such a thing anywhere in the cinematic. Any excuse to get mad, right?

You mean this:
Bound to the iron will of the tyrant Lich King, the vast Undead armies of the Scourge seek to eradicate all life on Azeroth. Led by the Banshee Sylvanas Windrunner, a group of renegades broke away from the Scourge and freed themselves of the Lich King’s domination. Known by some as the Forsaken, this group fights a constant battle not only to retain its freedom from the Scourge, but also to slaughter those who would hunt them as monsters. With Sylvanas as their Banshee Queen, the Forsaken have built a dark stronghold beneath the ruins of Lordaeron’s former capital city. This hidden Undercity forms a sprawling labyrinth that stretches beneath the haunted woods of Tirisfal Glades.
Though the very land is cursed, the zealous Humans of the Scarlet Crusade still cling to their scattered holdings, obsessed with the eradication of the Undead and retaking their homeland. Convinced that the primitive races of the Horde can help them achieve victory over their enemies, the Forsaken have entered an alliance of convenience. Harboring no true loyalty for their new allies, they go to any lengths to ensure their dark plans come to fruition. As one of the Forsaken, you must massacre any who pose a threat to the new order, Human, Undead, or otherwise.

Lots of people’s eyes glow in WoW. Including humans. Glowing or not glowing is not inherent to any race. It typically indicates some kind of strong magic presence.

I ain’t mad.

I want it to be so.

She is a stain upon elves. Humans have the weak minds and do stupid crap under the mind control of some dude who can’t find a decent tailor…or a even a t-shirt for that matter.

half human? yeah elven hands are washed cleaned of this mess really.

He’s also a Lightforged human, which judging by how the Light works, increases his lifespan by a long time.

She’s not half human.

Blizzard just decided that Sylvanas has regular eyes because they emote better. They rule of cooled it

please learn the lore

timestamp?

Oh, my fault. what I meant to say is:

I wonder if Blizzard is caving to the mega thread of High Elf fans that demand Blizzard create a separate race of Queldorei that aren’t labeled as Blood Elf, and made exclusive to the Alliance faction.

I’m not asking for High Elves to be added.

timestamp is 0:31
