I know I’m going to catch a lot of hate for this, but I actually enjoyed the cinematic. A redemption ark would be fine if Blizz had actually put in the work for years teasing this soul split idea and not just doing a butt pull in a hurridly rushed fashion all in one xpac. It doesn’t feel earned at all. But not much this xpac as far as story has felt earned so I’m not surprised lol.

There’s nothing here showing her as a half human. Also many of these comments show many of you are learning the lore. Each of the Windrunner sisters had a thing for human men…

True, and even if Blizz retconned that they did, that would probably only apply to magisters who used Arcane magic consistently. Rangers should have less affinity for magic as that’s not what they focus on so it would completely make sense for Sylvanas’s eyes not glowing.
Hmm, it’s very popular to hate everything actiblizzard related these days but I’ll say I sort of enjoyed this one, if only they added more story development in cutscenes and stuff in the game, maybe the whole plot woulnd’t seem so bad.
But I did like it, good job I guess.

well she is complicated. In legion she to my and some other ears has a couple of accents.
Since she hasn’t been chilling with the space goats alot …she picked up a Russian like inflection for some words from somewhere it seems.
Can we just find where Nathanos got tossed to, and bring him back? He is the snarkiest snark of all, and is entertaining.

this cinematic is dumb. the fact they’re trying to redeem sylvanas when what forsaken players enjoy about her is the plaguing and undeath-ing she did, is dumb. trying to play this off as ‘it was her but it was’nt’ is dumb. trying to make us feel like she’s gonna turn a new leaf, is dumb.
i feel a little insulted (a little) that they’re trying to make us feel sorry for her. but y’know what really feels like an insult? the fact this cutscene looks gooood. like it looks almost pixar-quality.
also, the fact they used vol’jin’s death-music in this cutscene, hurts. as if they’re saying ‘this character who was/is important being dead, does’nt matter. this was all about our undead elf waifu.’. just… screw off blizzard.

If she is restored she can be Queen of Silvermoon and unite void elves and blood elves, because she likes her sister Alleria.

No she isn’t. High Elves could absolutely have eyes with pupils. No one said they were all glowing all the time. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen that either.
