we dont know. its just datamining. it could be like that CHAINMAIL BIKINI and they decide to NEVER RELEASE IT.

I’m hovering at 10000 tenders. They release way too many random things instead lore-based stuff. And when they do, it’s done amateurish (reference: Gryphon riders helmet and Darkspear shield colorizations, the canon-ones are now a BMAH-thing)
