Sylvanas do not drop upgrade token for people who own Rae’shalare

Hello Team,

As stated in Patch notes: Raid Rewards Experiments in Season 4 - #649 by Scariizard-1547
The upgrade token for Rae’shalare should drop for anyone who own it and have it in the bag. However i killed Sylvanas on Normal and Heroic and i don’t get the upgrade token for the bow.
Obviously this is not intended behaviour and i am looking to understand how i can get my upgrade token.

  • For players that already have the bow, an item will be purchasable from the Broker Vendors that will bring Rae’shalare to item level 285.
