Xal’atath is the new Sylvanas with all the fame and followers she’s getting. I wonder if this will make Sylvy jealous and she’ll make her return due to jealousy.

It is an odd choice making a second undead elf villain so soon on the heels of BFA/SL.
They could have given Xalatath literally any body to pilot around.

Did she need the body of a “void race”? Seems a random restriction to me. She spoke just fine to any shadow priest, surely that would due.
No, I mean, void elf was the easy pick since she posessed a high elf and in turning it into a void elf model in the process makes it clear how full of void powers xal’atath is.
Sylvanas is probably not gonna be like her older self with her two halves of her soul back together. She probably will fight against the void attacking Silvermoon, but not out of jealousy.
They should’ve made Xal’atath possess a mechagnome.

I’d be willing to bet there was no plans around the character when they put her in a standard velf model… story ideas envolved and now they’re stuck with it…

Not all are, some are boring goody 2 shoes like Rita’s son Wild. But Rita recently became a great great grandmother so she does not have a lot of time to live her evil fantasies left, Wild has about 20-30 more years before he starts thinking about being evil

Now I am too cheap to pay for 40 characters to server change
