I was testing Sword combat rogue and wasn’t able to maintain Occult Stacks on bosses. Maybe Mutilate is just better because hits with offhand weapon too. Blizzard do something about this.

you know what they say about SoD rogues. mutilate first and mutilate often

Do they also say
Use PK on cooldown. It helps your combo point problem, maintains 100% poison uptime, and refunds 5 energy with a swords build
Definitely need to take that kind of feedback to the PTR forum. They are watching that very closely.
