Title. QotNW gives +11% IAS which is the highest you can get currently, and is from a quest that lets you select Quiver or Ammo pouch. Since the epic xbow is a bow I went quiver but I haven’t got it yet and just got the gun last night. Just wondering if I keep it equipped and put my bullets into a regular bag will I still retain the 11% IAS?
I believe ammo is restricted. I haven’t tried in ages, but I do believe you require a quiver for arrows and pouch for ammo. I’m sure it applies since you can’t use ammo on bows/xbows or vice versa.
Bullets can go in regular bags or ammo pouches, arrows can go in regular bags or quivers. I have the quiver equipped with arrows inside it and in a regular bag I have bullets. I just didn’t know if the quiver only gave the IAS if you were using the arrows or not, though it says Equip: Increases Ranged Attack Speed by 11% so I think it works regardless. Just have my bag space griefed
you should be able to tell by the character sheet if your attack speed is faster/slower when you equip/unequip.

Huh, my 2.9 bow shows 2.61 with quiver equipped but 2.5 gun still shows 2.5. Actually wild to me that it’s coded in such a way that it cares about that, but yup that answers my question. Thanks!
