I switched from Venthyr to Necrolord way back at renown 18, I just switched back to Venthyr after this weeks reset but I am regretting that decision and would again like to switch back to Necrolord.
I tried talking to the Necrolord NPC in Oribos but he isn’t offering me the required quest - do I need to wait a certain amount of time before I can switch back to the covenant I just left?
Yeah like half a month or something? You’re not supposed to switch, you’re supposed to stay with your bad decision forever.

I read somewhere it was a 1 or 2 week lockout, I think? But I am really not sure. I am blissfully free of any kind of choice anxiety or indecision.
I don’t get why people are asking why OP is switching?
Should it really even matter? How else is a person supposed to test out how their personal gameplay will feel with new abilites?
Should I just go to the Icy of the Veins to be told what the best is?
I mean hell same goes for Legendarys. These systems are garbogssh. Who ever thought this would be good gameplay should literally be demoted no cap.

it’s 1 or 2 week quest OP I think you need to wait now, otherwise making a ticket is kinda your safest bet I think.
Yes? It was designed for you not to switch. People wanted to switch so Blizz added the ability, but with a disincentive. It was a fair compromise.
He has already experienced both covenants once ., it’s his second time switching .
Imagine… and just hear me out. If you can change when ever? Does it really change anything?
You can make that argument, but that’s a separate topic. Blizz created a specific framework from which you shouldn’t switch. They made that very clear but gave a compromise anyways. It’s totally justifiable to ask why they’re switching so much given the framework.
That’s what the story mode is for. Also you’re allowed to test your cov abilities when you’re choosing your cov
