I am level 53. So at the start of Threads at 51 I chose Night Fae for Frost to give it a whirl. Then I just decided to try out unholy, switched specs and then switched covenants to Necrolord. When does it become much harder and longer to change? Is it at 60 or if I want to switch back to say Nighy Fae Frost tomorrow I have to do a set of quests that take a few weeks?
Just sorta confused.
Its switching back to a previous covenant. It requires 2 quests which are basically “fill this bar doing stuff.” One offered when you want to swap back, and the other after weekly reset.
If you really want to make it quick, do the first step on a Monday, and then after the reset on Tuesday do the other step.
You’d do one chain now to try and seek forgiveness and then another next week and that’s it.
If you’re swapping back, don’t deposit any more anima in your NL covenant; save it for when you’re NF again.
I can’t deposit pre 60 can I? I am 53 now. I don’t have much at all anyway. Even before 60 to swap I have to do the quests huh? Dang.
yes you can
Before 60 and doing threads of fate i was able to constantly switch covenants, even back to one i already left. At 60 you need to do 2 consecutive weekly quests of doing about 11 world quests in that covenants zone
