Switched to Mac, gaming mouse not working

Not working 2022 with M2 chip :frowning:

you are awesome!!

So if I’m buying a new Razer Naga for Mac, all I have to do is put that code in terminal and it’ll work? how do I bind them? they have to be there own keys for wow to recognize the keys right? Or will I be stuck with the keys registering as 1-9 the same as the keyboard 1-9

You’ll bind them the same as you would any other keys. You’ll go into the key bind menu, click the first spot beside the key you want to bind once, hold the modifer key and press the button on the mouse you want to associate with it. Easy peasy.

Tartenz, did you have any issues with SteelSeries GG recognizing your mouse? I can’t get mine to register to save my life.

You are a legend! Thank you can confirm that this works on the latest version of macOS (Monterey 12.6 (21G115)) at this time.

use a magic mouse

I never comment on the forums but for this one I think this man needs more recognition. This saved me from returning my brand new MacBook Pro. (Which plays wow gorgeously somehow) and I can use my razor naga with the shift + Number pad again. You are a hero!

Just wanna say this fix still works in 2023 MacBook Pro M2 Chip with Ventura!! And someone was having an issue getting their SteelSeries to work-I know this is coming late but you can put the SteelSeries software into the beta mode and it works wonderfully! Using an Aerox 9 and its perfection

I have this exact problem all of a sudden. Anyone else?

Edit: Setting this to false works for me now. Maybe Blizzard fixed it in 10,2?

Tried it, nothing here. But new problem, now my deathadder gaming mouse is completely bugged out (inverted y axis for a few minutes, then eventually jumping all over the screen then getting stuck), so entirely unplayable now. Hoping for a quick fix, but doubt it, so maybe just a refund
