Is it possible to toggle a setting so I can have my old Elvui settings back or do I have to completely re-configure everything from scratch?
If you didn’t delete your WTF, reenabling ElvUI should have your UI just as you left it.

Your comment prompted me to realize my mistake. Although Elvui was enabled, I forgot I needed to manually update my Elvui files. I’ve been diligently updating all my addons the last couple days thru Curse Forge and therefore I assumed I had all the updates. I forgot Elvui needs to be updated separately. So, now I do indeed have my interface back! Thanks.
