Im not 100% sure, but it seems like the “Swirling Mojo Stone” will take you out of stealth, based on my quick testing.

Confirmed from my testing as well. At first, I knew it was the ring somehow, but after individually testing the 3 stones I was using, the only one causing the issue was the Swirling Mojo Stone.
