So petty that you can’t use your card to get gold… that you straight up cancel your sub
Thats pathetic

Yeah….”legit”
So the problem is that you are coupling GDKP with bot farming when they are 2 separate entities. GDKP by itself is absolutely the fairest loot system.
And carries is not an alternative loot system.
See you in phase 2 and happy leveling!
Can’t be that fair when you have people pay for gold.
They arent mutually exclusive.
You are saying it’s not fair to queue in line based on who gets there first simple because someone else can pay to get to the front. That doesn’t make queueing unfair.
There’s a line in GDKP and if you get there first you get loot first?
Doesn’t make sense.
I’m saying, going against Terms of Service to pay for gold to spend on gear against other players who don’t doesn’t sound fair.
Thought it was obvious.
GDKPs don’t rely on RMT to exist. You keep pairing them together as if you have to allow people to bypass a line in order for the line to exist.
I thought this was obvious.
The title of this post clearly indicates I’m targeting people that use their cards to swipe for gold.
It doesn’t matter what your title says. You responded to my post about the fairness of GDKPs themselves.
Again, you are incorrect, this time in a different way because you used only “fairest” instead of also stating it is the “best” loot system.
Many people have access to FAR greater amounts of purchased gold due to their differing financial situations, which is often times completely unrelated to their actual contributions or value to society. This does not fit the definition of “fairness.”
Additionally, the amount of gold required to reasonably compete (or sometimes even attend) gdkps will often exceed what an average or even an above average player could reasonably expect to put up just to get geared. This provides significant incentive to acquire gold via purchasing in order to supplement what someone is able to make in game. In turn, this creates demand for the generation of that gold via botting, which makes them economically viable. As soon as demand for SoD gold drops below the threshold where running a bot farm becomes profitable, the bots go away.
Again, and I repeat, I never said it was.
With a response regarding people paying for gold.
You’re definitely lacking something to comprehend what this post is about.
Enjoy your day.
You are again establishing a false causation.
And yes you did list it as an alternative loot source.
This really is not as hard to understand as you are making it out to be.
Gold is a universal currency that, excluding RMT, all players have equal opportunity of acquiring. The system itself is setup as the most fair and best of any other current system in place period.
What an ironic post. You fail to lack comprehension on what it means to have two independent variables yet want to criticize others.
:: points at 2 variables with approximate linear correlation, one of which directly incentivizes the other ::
:: calls them “independent” ::
You aren’t buying gold. But are you really so naive to think no one else is? Even in the blue post they admit this is happening, and they have actual data.
Apparently it is, as I’ve attempted to explain it to you 3 times now.
You can suggest two variables with direct correlation are independent of one another all you’d like. No amount of repetitive self delusion makes the relationship magically disappear.
Removing RMT doesn’t remove GDKP, its not that hard to understand bro.
I never said it wasn’t happening I said that GDKP can exist without RMT and by itself is the best loot system in the game.
I think a lot of it boils down to this.
GDKPers don’t “love” the game, at least not as much as they used too, or as much as some of us still do.
