This mount is just gorgeous! I really hope Blizzard somehow adds it in TBC Classic… although, I wouldn’t be surprised if they came up with another RAF system for classic to get this mount.
If it wasn’t there originally then it doesn’t belong.

I loved the swift zhevra!
I was new in TBC so obviously I couldn’t get any of the rarer mounts and was always stuck with faction mounts, then I did RAF with my bro and he played for a few months and I got the Zhevra!
I was so stoked riding it around, it was such a random mount at the time, not many people had it and it had a silly charm to it yet maintained a sleak design.
It really stood out amongst all the nether drakes zooming around.
I hope the one you have has hooves.
