It’s been three days since I claimed the swift windsteed after watching 8 hours of twitch, and it still hasn’t appeared in my collection, I haven’t had this problem with any other twitch drop before and a friend of mine also claimed it and it was pretty much instant. How much will I have to wait?

Same here, I claimed it 3 days ago and still haven’t received it. Got the pet fine but not the mount. Hopefully it will come soon!

Same problem. Received the Feldrake and Hatchling almost immediately after claiming it. Claimed the Windsteed 3 days ago, and still nothing. Contacted Support, and they auto resolved the issue with links to the forums and support articles with none of them mentioning the issue.
Hopefully it will appear soon. Not sure why this one specifically isn’t showing up, and others have had theirs show up.

I got the Swift Windsteed within minutes of claiming it in Twitch. I wonder if it’s being dished out at first come, first served and they are dishing it out at the rate of 1 every minute, meaning later claimants would have to wait longer for their turn?
Twitch freebie has been a bit of hit and miss. I got the Dragon Kite in 24 hours, Fel Drake in 2 weeks, and the rest afterward in minutes.

Guess I’ll reply to this one as well. Also, in the same boat as you guys. Claimed mine a week ago. Tried contacting support and was basically given a link to the article of “Common Issues”. I received every other drop except for this one.

I’ve the same issue with the claimed reward Swift Windsteed but I’ve not received it in game.
It’s been 10 days, still no cenarion hatchling or swift windsteed.
Did not receive Cenarion Hatchling.
Claimed the Twitch drop 10 days ago.
Both Twitch and Battle.net show the accounts as linked and no changes to either of those accounts since the previous twitch drop that I did receive.
12 days and counting with no swift windsteed here heres hopeing we get the blasted thing only thing i havent tried is getting ahold of twitch support maybe something went wrong on there end
i have received every twitch drop but this one, have no idea what the difference is but I hope they get it fixed soon.

i also still do not have this mount, I have every other twitch drop for WOW and hearthstone but this one, what is the issue and when will it be fixed?
Swift Windsteed still the ONE twitch drop I did NOT receive after correctly doing all steps.
