I think that pvp is a little further back on the priority list because of shakeup and sale to Microsoft. On the bright side, a few weeks ago, there was a job posting up for a PvP developer, and the post was recently taken down, so I assume somebody filled the position.
Yeah I agree. It’s nice that they’re trying to do something different for WoW. “New, and Fresh.”
PvP is in big time need. I think the biggest thing would be simply making changes to CC. That could cure sooooooo much. When you’re CC’d 90% of any fights that’s not fun at all.
-Perhaps some HP changes, Buffs/Debuffs while in Arena’s would assist in that, prolonging fights for live vids or something?
I’d say though, if you’re going to complain about something at least make a constructive argument to support why you think it needs fixed. Or offer some kind of ideas. Don’t just say it’s poo. The only thing that can be called poo is WG… lol
Blunderstorm is an interesting concept, sure. BR’s are out of their hayday so I don’t know why they thought releasing one now of all times is the move. They made HoTs when Moba’s were crazy, at least they tried.
But alas my biggest issue stems from, well what you agreed with.
Pvp needs work. A lot of it. It’s years at this point that people have been asking for changes and for Blizzard to really give an F. But they don’t. It’s obvious.
At the basest level of things, new bgs. Not even new modes, but new maps.
Asked for years. Tol Barad to the EBG rotation. Strand returned. Etc.
Relatively ‘simple’ things when you compare it to literally coming out with a Battle Royale game that’s basically it’s own thing.
Tuning problems. Balancing has been everywhere but balanced for years. FoTm classes running rampant for ENTIRE seasons with the community being like : Blizz wtf?
Nothing is done, and they slap this BR on the community and expect us to go

No thank you. It’s a niche game, that people can and will enjoy. Unfortunately that’ll only prove to pull more players away from the current pvp pool. Which is basically on life support as it is.
Wow has an easy pvp mode it starts at level 10 and only has a few buttons at first. The problem is the design is so deeply abused that it will never be good for the game or new playerbase.
Well I can agree with a few things you say. —Balancing though I feel is at a 2% feel from most things. The problem is always the longer any expansion goes, the more crazy everything gets. It is a bummer, but it’s WoW. They’ll never change it, so stop playing the game if it’s that bad. =o
I for one, regardless off the ups, and downs always come back. I just currently hate all the premade - q groups that suck each-oooooo thhhherrrrrr. off. (Pin it together). Most the community in pvp is toxic as hell, and that comes with age, and maturity. Most older players don’t give a crap, but the new-age twitch turds ruin the game for everyone. They complain, and bring everyone else on the train. Blame them for why bliz sucks, they listen to them after all. They don’t care about us. <3
