I play a lot of BGs, ranked and otherwise, and the free food/drink earthen have is very appealing. Would swapping out of Might of the Mountain be a massive detriment?

Its more of a convience thing. So not really op. There isnt any real advantage over cheap food.

I mean i think bb has better racials than earthen but u can buy the cheapest food for the well fed buff. But ya just the convinence of not having to remember 1 buff i dont monitor lol if ur lazy and dont use “clickable” racials then its a good one i love my earthen. Dwarfs look the best for shamans since shields and maces are very dwarf themed

I mean with both its still.convient. u can buy food really cheaply and we cant eat. Most bg games have mages with food and drink for free. So not much of a change
