This cooking WQ is listed as being Tortollan Seekers. It gave me 273 rep for the Tortollans, but did not count toward the 3 quests needed for the Tortollan Emissary that’s up today.

It should count. Very disappointing that I spent that time catching the fish needed and it didn’t give credit.

It’s consistent that the Tortollan emissaries only count the mini-game WQs. It’s hard to know if this is intentional. Other factions with profession WQs seem to count them for their emissaries.
