Survival leveling

Hey returning player just wondering if survival is any good/fun to level I tried mm and got bored and bm is just shoot kill command shoot haha so I wa skits wondering how survival goes in terms of leveling from 110

Any tips or advice would be appreciated
I think it fun. I level my hunter with SV. BM might be better as you can pull range but sv I think have better burst while leveling and you get into the fray in melee.

Sv you are still stuck with kill command and with sv it more importen then on BM. Kill command gives you focus through pet. Pet dies = no focus gain. It's more interactive then BM or MM.
Look at what wowhead/icy vein says for talents.
Grab a scalehide. Don't be afraid to swap to BM if there is a rare that is less melee friendly. Don't be afraid to use a staff.
Leveled this guy on SV alone. Already had a BM hunter. Now I never play my BM hunter and only play this one. Survivla is a ton of fun. I have other classes as mains, but I almost wish I had made this one my main. It's a blast.
Leveling with SV is a blast, serpent sting, kill command from a distance then harpoon in and shred the enemy to pieces with mongoose bite. Need AOE? Dot them up with serpent sting, toss grenades (get the talent which gives you 2 charges) and watch them melt. Good for both pvp and pve.
Yep. One of the best leveling specs in the game.
As mentioned, a scalehide is going to be your best tanking pet. Also, if you turn on War Mode, be sure to pick up Mending Bandage. I use it in conjunction with Mend Pet to keep my pet up when fighting tough rares. I use the following macro to automatically target my pet:

#showtooltip
/cast [@pet] Mending Bandage

It has a 15yd range, so you can back out of any cleave/effect that might interrupt the channel. I haven't found a rare yet that I have to switch to BM to solo. I actually enjoy the challenge of doing the tougher fights as SV. But if you must switch to BM for something, a clefthoof is going to be the best tanking pet.
