I think changes do nothing to address BM is easier to play with higher payoff than MM/Surv in most situations
Plate armor nerf helps all 3
Also pretty sure stamina buff is a net win for BM because of their %Hp healing and longer matches tend to benefit PVE damage mortal strike specs like BM.

How many damn hunter buff threads you gonna make on a bi weekly schedule
Not much if anything. 
With the changes to armor and health pools, we’ll be even getting less value out of our CC.
