saw the other survival hunter in my group has explosive shot damage in his dps meter. was wonder what that was. isnt it a MM talent?
Necro surv? Their necro legendary puts explosive shot on up to two mobs with death chakram

Explosive shot is on the class tree so all 3 specs can take it
This is in Dragonflight.
In SL it’s an MM only talent but SV can do damage with it via the Necrolord legendary.
I know ,I was pretty sure the OP was talking about Dragonflight
Yeah, probably just had an encounter with the fabled Necro SV hunter. Only other explanation is a severe details bug.
