Surging Totem

The anniversary changes for Totemic look great, but…

Plz make surging totem as it was originally intended, IE a ranged pulse from the totem hitting any enemies in combat. When this was a problem (it hit everything in combat or not), it was nerfed into PBAE forcing us to spec into projection to drag it along. Halo had a similar problem and was fixed so the code is there.

Speccing into the CD redux and using a global for the totem were always part of the deal, but this logistical nerf was only needed at the moment and the fix was used for another class so…

Given that maelstrom gen for tempest casts is getting crippled, a lot of us are going to want to try totemic and give it a serious look but its clumsy operation is a real deal breaker.

Also Lava Lash should be flamestrike damage!!!
