Quick question. In the latest notes it concerning Surge of Light it says - * Surge of Light now properly triggers from all healing spells. Speaking from a shadow priest pov, is this encompassing more spells like shield and our shadow spells that also leech heal like DP? Or just more holy spells?
Likely this is a fix for Power word: Shield, Power word: Life and Holy Nova - as those three are currently not ever proccing surge of light (Holy nova can through atonement though I believe).
Surge of Light won’t trigger from AOE spells or Power Word Life afaik.
Oh ok. I was just wondering what other spells they were gonna include or weren’t included and should have been. 
It was actually a nerf as the proc rate was way higher than the 8% tooltip which theyve fixed in addition to what they out in the patch notes.
I knew i wasn’t insane! It felt closer to ~25%
