I think it just depends on your current gear/stats. I have both at 626 and Sureki Zealot’s Insignia is slightly ahead for me. But like it’s really slight.
It might be worth checking your logs, and seeing what uptime you are getting from the Versatility proc that Sureki Zealot’s Insignia gives you. I’m sure that your healers also appreciate the extra mana.
