Suramar is

I already know many many people love the aesthetic of Suramar so I’m not here seeking for validation.

I personally loved the entire story of the Nightborne that were dependent on arcane magic of the nightwell and how they were trapped away in this beautiful, majestic city. I think Suramar city is one of the few zones in this game that have pastel colors and is very purple/pinkish.

I would prefer Suramar city to be a main city in a future expansion, Darnassus can’t compete with how beautiful is.

These are just my thoughts, what do you think about Suramar? tell me about your good/bad memories you had there.

I think the same, it’s so sad they didn’t use suramar as a caity for players -

A beautiful Horde City and I love the NBs friendship with Blood Elves

Not really horde but ok

Suramar is lore wise Horde as is the instance that Horde players visit automatically on NB characters or if you did the storyline / got exalted the instance if you travel there manually is also available for Horde players.

So yes it really is a Horde city

Honestly? I think it would be neat if Suramar were turned into a capital city. I imagine it would be for the Horde only, but it would be nice if, say, it were the first city that allowed both Horde and Alliance characters to use it. Could be the first step toward …a real diplomatic dialogue between the two sides–neutral ground, and something of a melting pot.

Like Dalaran, it could have Horde areas and Alliance areas, of course, though the only real problem would be making it -actually- relevant in the larger context of things, seeing as how most of its story beats were had in Legion.

Still, the scope and size of that place–and the harbor areas…yeah. It’s pretty cool.

That said, I haven’t done the PvP quest to kill all the Horde leaders lately; so, if Thaly’s one of them, and you have to go to Suramar to get her, …this probably isn’t ever going to be a thing. >.<

Can’t compare cities of several years ago with cities now. However, I don’t think it is above the Night Elf forests, even those from 2010. for me Ashenvale has some magic no city (aside from Suramar) has.

But yes, I agree with Suramar. For me is the best looking city. I absolutely ADORE it’s sky. Sadly the Horde is stuck in Orgrimmar for Orcish representation.

I would love another main city for the Alliance too. Doesn’t need to be an Elven City as not every race in the Alliance live in forests, but Gilneas would be cool.

no, Nightborne are horde… just bcuz they are horde doesn’t mean city is an horde city, I don’t see no alliance people sign there.

Yes Nightborne joining the Horde makes Suramar Horde

Game play wise Legion will always be available to you, the instance that only Horde players can access will not, neither will it exist as anything other than Horde in lore and story moving forward

nightborne should have been with night elfs since the beginning, they do not fit in with the horde at all. period.

So now you’re moving goal posts, are you voicing your dissatisfaction w the fact that NB are Highborne and like Highborne descendants BEs actually treated them like kin unlike NEs

Or are you still disputing the fact Suramar is Horde?

Because this is all I said in response to OP

And the idea of the facts seems to upset you but it is a Horde city, but now you’ve moved on from that convo and are just ranting about NB going Horde do I have that correct?

It’s beautiful and serene. All those blue-ish glow-y lights, that surreal, magical vibe, and the clean city are so calming and relaxing. :butterfly: :fleur_de_lis: :cyclone: :bug: :rosette:

No, i am just saying you said it was horde city but your forgetting that neutral cities like dalaran exist, thalyrssa is friendly to both alliance and horde players so suramar can definitely be a faction neutral city in the future.

Suramar is not a neutral city

Thalyssra is not neutral and a Horde leader as is her city a Horde city when she and her people joined the Horde

Suramar will be the heart of the reborn elven empire.

Well minus the evil queen and the demon summoning and the sundering part of the empire

It’s what Thalyssra really wants deep down

If she wasn’t neutral then you would be able to attack her like any other horde leader in their capital city but that option doesn’t exist for Thalyrssa.

Gilneas has had a lot of time to rebuild at this point and is canonically alliance taken now, revamp it into a huge gothic city for alliance and touch up Suramar to be a hub for horde as well.

Which again

Thalyssra is a Horde leader on the Horde council, and Suramar is Horde
