I don’t think it will ever happen. Although the nightborne joined the horde that city is still required to complete a lot of achievements, world quests, mounts, 2 dungeons, 1 raids and legion pathfinder.
Thunder totem is facing the same problem, that zone is necessary for both factions, if they just push one faction out it will mess up leveling and the huge amount of things you can do there.
One can still dream.
It sure is a pretty city! But it has it’s place in Legion, so they won’t be making it a hub.
What in the world is going on with your portrait? Are you a playable wisp?
OP they still haven’t even fixed the terrible nightborne models, I wouldn’t expect their city to be included in anything anytime soon.
No, they have no plans to make it happen and it never will.
Lols, Gnome Warlock’s portrait is even more bugged than mine.
Another place to mass AFK. To be honest I think Boralus and Dazar’alor have it beat. Even if you remove the hostile npc’s from all three people will still congregate around a couple small areas. Multiple choice role playing with consequences would liven up the cities. You could even phase things on your choices. IE. Sylvanus or Saurfang. That would take a ton of effort on Blizzards end though.

I think it is definitely possible… They can have Chrome outside the city to get players into the city during legion.
Blizzard, Suromar took a lot of resources and dedication. We should be able to have it as a hub city for the new Nightborne Race.
