The support website is refusing to load the past few days on Firefox even after clearing all cookies and restarting the browser. It does work on Edge, but firefox seems to constantly get stuck failing to load the page.

I have the same problem. It doesn’t load at all on firefox. It works on other browsers though.
The only time I’ve seen this, it’s because of some login silliness putting Firefox into a redirect loop.
Log completely out of Battle.net in your browser and then log back in. That fixed it for me.
