I did the steps. As I posted above, Prime says that my account xxxxxxx collected the reward.
My account does not have the mount. On my list of mounts the greyed out version is not there, the colored version is not there, and I do not have an unopened package. it is reasonable to think that if I didn’t have the mount, it would be the greyed out or uncollected list, but it isn’t.
After subscribing to WoW for almost 19 years this level of support is shameful. It feels like no one looked into the issue at all. The first response was “go fix it yourself” and the second seems to be a human who didn’t bother to read or check on my problem.

Are you 100% that your blizzard account is linked to prime account? If for any reason, it went to the wrong account, you are out of luck.

Also your second reply seems to also be an automatic reply.

I’d suggest moving this to CS.

Also: make sure that in your Bnet account, your Amazon account is connected correctly.

Also check your filters and look for a gift to unwrap.

pretty sure this would be something amazon would have to fix?

have you checked the launcher? it may go to notifications on your bnet launcher before receiving them in game.

It goes straight into the game.

They answered your question right here I am sure of it.

You don’t have more than one person on your Prime, do you? Just checking.
